I signed a service quote with them on September 2, 2021 and made a down payment on 9/17/21 for $830.30. My lights were supposed to be installed the week of Thanksgiving. I sent the email asking for confirmation of installation date on November 14 and did not ever receive a response from anyone. I then called ******** ******’s cell phone from the quote and she explained the situation that they were having difficulty with retention of their installation teams so I agreed to postpone my lights installation to prior to December 1. I was told I would receive a call from the team to schedule. I never heard from either the team so I contacted their office at ************ and left a message. Never heard back. I once again called ********’s cell and she said teams were behind but they would for sure fit me in on Thursday, December 2 or Friday, December 3 of this week. I explained that I have a Christmas party on Saturday and needed the lights up prior to the party. She informed me that the team would contact me to let me know they were on their way. It is now 2:00 on Friday and I have yet to receive any call from anyone to schedule or install the lights. At this point I am not convinced that they can deliver on their end of the contract so I would like to receive a full refund of my $830.30 today so I can hire a more reliable company. If I don’t receive the money , I will be contacting my bank to dispute the payment .
