If I could give a 0 rating I would! ***** (the owner) said he would open my pool which included everything it takes to do that...remove pool cover, get my pump running, vacuum pool, add chemicals, etc...he ended up charging me extra because he said I had a lot of water on top! Then he charged me $25 to leave his hose here when I told him mine reaches and would work fine. Being that I am on well water and it takes awhile to fill my pool back to the water level it needs to be he told me to fill it up, turn on the pump and put chemicals in. After I do that he would come back to vacuumn. Realizing I had a bad pump he sold me a pump and charged me for a 2 person install when it only took 1 person saying, well, I have to have him come because he works for me and I have to give him his hours. Almost a month later after multiple interactions he sets up a time to come by, but on that day he never communicates that he is coming and I texted him twice. Finally, mid afternoon he tells me he's an hour away and the vacuumn he owes me he will now charge me $80!! He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and looking to do as little as possible for a buck. I would stay away from this company!! Extremely bad service and customer interaction!

This person is lying. I never charged a ***** to leave a hose, I left mine because hers in fact did not reach and retrieved it at a later date. Also I did not sell this person a pump nor did I tell her she had a bad pump. I did sell her a new sand filter because she had an old DE style filter with broken grids " customer stated that last year when she would add D.E. it would come out of the returns back into the pool". The filter grids alone cost more than a brand new sand filter so I recommend the sand filter because of the affordability & low maintenence as this customer was as she claimed "on a tight budget". So we installed the filter which was not priced based on the amount of workers. I charged her a flat rate for installation plus the cost of the ************** Customer also refused to pay for new barbed hose fittings & told me to re use the ones off of her old filter, which I did. The customer wanted the pool vacuumed & did not understand why I couldn't open the pool, install new *************** it on the same day. I told her that to be efficient and do a good job that I choose to not vacuum pools unless I can clearly see the debris I am vacuuming. Her pool was completely green and full of algae. I explained that we put chemicals in and need to let the algae die & let the water clear up & to call me when she could see the pool floor before & I would come vacuum it. This is where the problems started. The customer called me late one night upset that her sons are grown and her husband works late so she has nobody to do simple things like empty skimmer ****************** the filter once or twice daily. She refused to do this and complained that the basket was full and starving the pump for water & that it was going to burn her pump up so she shut the pump off stopping the ************************ resulting in the pool to get worse & algae to start growing again. I scheduled her for a cleaning & on the day of I asked if she had been backwashing, adding water after backwashing & emptying the baskets. she claimed she had been out of town & that the pool has not been running the whole time. She claims that the pool is going to stay green unless I vacuum it which is not true. At this point I told her I am no longer interested in doing business & that I would not be comming to vacuum the pool which by the way was going to be a seperate price and not included in the pool opening price.

I am not here to argue, and not sure why I would waste my time writing a review if it wasn't true. If you would like for me to take a picture of my hose in my pool I can do that to prove I am not lying. As far as the refusing to pay for new barbed hose fittings that was never even asked!! Never once did I say I was on a tight budget!!Actually I totally understood you couldn't do it all on the same day, what I didn't understand is that because you couldn't do it all on the same day you told me you would come and finish the job, made me pay the entire amount upfront and then after I paid told me you wouldn't do anything else unless I paid more. I was extremely patient with him after he told me 3 cars broke down in 1 day, all his vacuum's were broke and in the shop, etc... he said that he would bring his vacuumn that did not require to use my system when he got it out of the shop. In the meantime I did everything he asked me to do as you can see on our text threads...I told him multiple times I was cleaning out the skimmer, cleaned out all the leaves, backwashed multiple times, etc..never once did I turn off the pump!! When I went out of town I was not able to send him a picture of the pool that he requested, but since my older daughter was at home she was taking care of the pool for me. So assuming I turned off the pump was completely inaccurate!! I can show text messages that stated as soon as I paid my **** he would come out to vacuumn on Friday for free. When he finally responded to the text late in the afternoon he said it would not be included in the cost I already paid, that I would still need to pay an additional $80!! I never said that vacuuming would solve everything. I said that after I put shock and algaecide in it and ran the filter for 2 weeks that before I threw a bunch more chemicals in it I thought it would be a good idea to give it a good vacuumn and see if it clears up a little. Not vacuuming until you see the bottom would be nearly impossible with how bad of shape my pool was in.Unfortunately, I wasted a lot of time and money and am no better off than when I started.
