      The city of ******** hired this company to complete a sewer lateral installation, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Mid-October I moved into my new home (purchased) and noticed my backyard was sinking, and eventually (when it rained) mud in my basement. I reached out to home warranty (who denied claim to replace sump pump because it clogged with mud from the "poor sewer lateral installation") seller agent, inspector used prior to purchase to obtain support. All indicated (with proof) plumbing inside the home had been completed. Upon inspection of the property by my inspector whom I hired during purchase & 2 other plumbers (from my home warranty & personal), the problem I am having was due to the sewer lateral installed by ****. I contacted ****, and from initial contact it has been either denials, lying, placating, or delays. I have reached out several time to have this issue resolved to no resolution. The co. sent "a worker" to camera to determine if they did a bad job or I was lying. There were 2 people to show to my home AN HOUR BEFORE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. I demanded them to get off my property until I arrived (no trust), but OM states only 1 was assigned (another issue). The staff admitted, to me & the personal plumber, after camera system it was **** FAULT. An admission later denied. I have both on video/audio stating otherwise. Sent to owner. I have not been contacted to have this matter resolved as of today 11/19/24 Currently, I have requested follow-up to fixing my sewer lateral they obviously did not replace correctly initially

      We were hired by Dellwood to repair the sewer lateral. The house had a sump pump and downspouts draining directly next to the house. We did the repair for ******** and yes, we needed to go back to fix a portion of that repair. However, the mud in the house was due to the sump pump and downspouts draining against the foundation of the home. We did respond to her calls and complaints; we just didn't have someone sitting on stand-by to send over to her immediately. We sent workers over as soon as we could. Yes, our technician stated that we were responsible for repairing our pipe installation, which we did. We backfilled dirt against the foundation, attempting to prevent any water from her sump pump and downspouts re-entering her home. We tried to explain to the homeowner that she needed to run those pipes away from the home, toward the fence line, to prevent the water from entering her home again and she did not agree; she just argued that her lines were fine. We also provided more than an hour notice; we left a message for the owner on 11/18 stating that we would have a crew there on 11/19 in the afternoon. We also called her on 11/19. We did go on 11/19 and repaired the damaged sewer lateral pipe. This customer was extremely difficult to work with; she yelled every time she called; there was no way to satisfiy her. We never thought she was lying or accused her of lying. This is just a very difficult person.

      Four years ago **** fixed a small crack in one of our bathroom pipes underground prior to us purchasing our house. Two years later we had a backup with our main drain and asked **** to come out and clear the line. That cleaning lasted two full years. Things have drastically changed at the company since then...I do not recommend using this company. According to *** (Office Manager) the Owner made a policy change to not warranty work without a camera "a couple weeks ago". We had our basement pipe snaked and two weeks later our pipe is already backing up again. When we called they said we would have to pay to have the pipe snaked again with no desire to work with us.It would have been great if they would have offered to come out to our house to see if anything else was wrong before adding a charge.There are many other companies that offer this work and are much easier to do business with. I HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere.

      We made several attempts to contact the customer and make this right. We left messages and they didn't return our calls. When we did finally make contact, we were informed that they had already contacted someone else and they no longer needed service.

      I had the worst experience with this company. Some of the employees were extremely rude. And no the problem was never resolved. Ive had to invest additional monies with other plumbers to try and resolve the problem. I would never recommend this company to anyone. When asking questions about my project one employee told me he was tired of answering questions. And refused to call me back.
