Could never get ahold of any type of management, was treated unprofessionally, as they had my patient private information compromised when they hired my assailant. Requested to a manager to delete my account or at least ensure the safety of my protected information. When I called to check, as he stated I could, he acted unprofessionally,, and hung up on me. He then contacted the police, stating I was harassing them when I called back due to him hanging up on me, thinking for sure it was an accident. It clearly was not, as they said not to call back, and I never did. This was after my request to speak with someone in a corporate office or higher management, due to the awful treatment I received, along with the lies being told against me that have me facing actual criminal charges, I Will be reinstating charges against my assailant, for continued harassment, forced entry, assault, and bodily injury where she broke my nose. Considering Bloc is the establishment she claims to have the supporting evidence of her false accusations, **** will be required to provide all said evidence assailant claims they have of me. Employees will be subpoenaed to court as witnesses, and I fully expect Bloc to explain their actions in all of this. There is no one to report to at Bloc, aside from someone who claims he is the store manager. He was not only unprofessional, insulting, verbally abusive, and will soon be involved in a lawsuit.
