First off straight through the door with the pitch of recieveing a Federal refund check,from the I.R.S. for the 30% Credit,,2nd. They have a 1 year workmanship warranty,,I have Solar panels that are sagging,,Grass dead,Underpinning,,that they took a piece of my tin & cut/Without permission,to fix,, think,i would,nt notice,,,2nd time they,cut a piece of underpinning,that i had,,about a 6 inch piece just to cover the hole,that they couldn't,nt get back together,& Burnt wire smell in 1 of the outdoor junction boxes,,They,ve been out, been out at least 3 times to fix sagging solar panel,,,Owner said they we,re supposed to charge for service charge everytime they come out,,,but,would that be on the 1 year workmanship,,Also hole cut in closet,,never fixed,,did,nt vaccumm up,mess on the inside,,The son of the owner,,completely incompetent that day,,,I helped,,cause they ran wires 1 day,,then tried to come mark what they we,re the next,,& 1 wire he pig tailed never worked,,I had to fix it myself,,I have Plenty of more to say,Negatively about this Company,,& I have pictures,,& recorded conversations since 1st visit, The Boss ****** ***** has been out Once,,& That was the 1st visit,,then come out 1 more time to Babysit,,& Con up other ways to cover up the decietfullness,,,of The Lie About the Tax Refund,,& The work still looks like,Someone that has no idea what there doing,,,He wanted to come back out,,to which he said there,s supposed to be service charges,yet Again,,still with only 6 months,,out of q year workmanship,,,& he has the warranty,s For The Inverter,,Batteries,,& Solar Panels,,That he refuses to give to me,,give me a piece of paper,saying what was purchased, but if they so happen to go out of Business, I do not have,not 1 Proof,that I purchased any of it,There is more!Thank You for your time on this matter,Sincerely ***** * ***** *********

Thank you for your feedback. Hopefully we can clear the air of some of the details you’ve stated. The federal tax credit is between a customer and the federal government. We always suggest talking to a reputable, licensed CPA to make sure that the full credit can be received. Taxes and finances are highly personal to people, and we feel it to be a breach of privacy for us to ask questions about someone’s finances. We have stated several times to you other ways to receive the tax credit. We have met with you personally to discuss the Federal Renewable Energy Tax Credit. These credits are transferable, which we suggested, and you tried, but you could not find someone that would work with you and that you trust. We stand by our warranty and do everything we can to make sure our customers are satisfied. We have come out to address your stated issues several times, at no charge to you. The outdoor junction box work was done by a previous electrician. We cannot guarantee what they did right or wrong without spending extra time and money to fix it. This work was not in the original contract. The underpinning was replaced free of charge as a measure of goodwill, we purchased new material and replaced it. If we make a mistake, we strive to fix it. You’re right about the mess that was initially left. It was unacceptable and we should not have left it in that state even if the job was still in progress. Afterwards we did come out and clean everything to the best of our ability. The conduit that runs underground must be trenched to comply with NEC code. We always refill the trench, reseed the exposed dirt with grass seed, and place a thin layer of straw to make sure the grass can grow. We do this without charge for every customer because we want our customers to be happy with how their system looks. All our work is licensed, bonded, and insured. Additionally, we are nationally board certified through NABCEP as solar installers. We are constantly training to stay up to date on the rapidly changing solar market. The documentation about the warranty information was sent to you in January of this year. We can send you the information again as we want to make sure you have it for your records for the exact reasons you’ve stated. Your system is covered under warranty. We’re sorry that you feel we haven’t done enough to ensure your satisfaction. We have spent dozens of hours and thousands of dollars in labor to try address your complaints. We have been responsive, understanding, and conciliatory every step of the way. Every one of our customers is important to us and we want them to be happy with their experience with our company.
