            I have never been so disrespected in my life I called to speak to a manger about my account and was told by a woman that called her self ***** that I wasn't able to talk to a manager so then requested a phone number and was told there was not a number I could call. After being rude and unprofessional said ***** put me on hold over and over till the next lady picks up also rude and unprofessional asked what do I want and again I requested the number to contact someone about my account and was denied. After requesting to speak to a manager again I was told that she was the manager and then in the same sentence I was told she wasn't the manager and that I was denied the request again and again. I had to remind this woman that they should not treat there costumes this way and everything her and this woman by the name ***** was being recorded. I was not helped at all and I don't not want to have anything to do with this bank. I will not be depositing anymore money.
