We purchased a home in 2022 from ******* and ***** Austin. ******* and his wife both proclaimed they specialized in "High End Custom Homes". We were told we were not allowed on the property during the build because of insurance reasons. When we did get to go on the property we found very concerning issues with the quality of the build and would ask them about those. We were told time and time again "building a house was a process and it would all come out in the end."We had a home inspection & several issues were found. Several issues with incomplete work and horrible craftmanship were documented. This build took almost a year to complete. We bought during 2021 while the housing market was crazy. We gave them all the benefit of the doubt for this. Later we found out they were building their own new home & that took precedence over all the other homes they were building. We've had to bust up our concrete foundation and redo 75% of the sewage pipes. relay the flooring, redo all the trim work because of poor craftmanship, repaint and rehang the cement siding boards on the outside of the home. The exterior and interior had to be repainted, plumping issues, yard draining issues because they dug our land up and made a **** instead of hauling in dirt to build a pad. Now our yard floods all around our home when it rains. We are just one of MANY with major issues with our home. 2 years later we are still trying to get things fixed. Our cabinet doors are two shades of white and took 3 months to get addressed however they painted them a different shade of white again instead of repainting them all, they just took the ones that didn't match. No surprise they still don't match.There is so much off with this "High End Custom Home". Just warning everyone to not let them build a home for you. More complaints from home owners than not. I did my due diligence in researching them and nobody had reported them. I hope this helps someone from what we have experienced.
