In the very beginning of 2022, *********************** and ************************* of Missoula Movement and Mindset contacted me numerous times on ******** and also via phone to invite me to try either their 14 day trial offer. I finally responded and said I would come try it out. These days I have had a home yoga practice and wanted some new input on my alignment and also to get out of my house. I was very clear that I was not interested in their coaching and just wanted to take classes. They are located very close to my home. I enjoyed their classes for the 2 weeks, although there were only a few I could actually attend, as my child is with me half time and I also work irregular hours. I indicated numerous times that a membership seemed a bit much, as I just wanted to attend classes. At the end of my 2 week trial, when I said I wanted to continue coming and taking classes, the ONLY option to do so was to sign up for the 6 month membership, which costs $49/week. I should mention that the very first class that I did there was subsequently permanently canceled, and I was told to do it at home. My home is very tiny, and I felt that I made it clear that I was paying to attend mainly in person. 4 weeks or so into the membership I had rarely been able to make class 3x per week, and over the president's ******* was only able to attend 1x. I showed up on a Thursday morning when I thought there was a class only to find it was also permanently canceled and replaced with a class I can't attend. When I said the membership was not working for me, *********************** was rude & not accommodating, and finally said I need to talk to ***** When I spoke with ************* Monday he quickly became extremely rude, though I was offering him my business in the form of paying for individual classes. He suddenly left the room, saying he would cancel my contract, and I left, fairly upset. Later he texted me a photo of the contract and said he had the right not to cancel & would send it to collections.
