We were treated like criminals. They do not have customer service skills to obtain a business. If you are a person of color, save your money and gas. This is a VERY OVERPRICED place for the ridiculous rules and staff you have to encounter. Its NOT WORTH it. Go to ****** **** ** ********** beach. I have video of staff calling my daughter a bi@#h for no reason.

This is an illegitimate complaint. This person arrived at our park on June 11, 2022, around 10:30am and waited in the car line of customers to get to the entry gate where there were approximately 5 employees working. She had a dog which is not allowed in the waterpark and signs are posted in numerous locations. She was told the dog could not enter and was not allowed to drive into the picnic area. She was directed to the front parking area. She tried to argue from the parking lot about the dog with an employee that was at the entry gate and the employee would not argue with her, so she became irritated. There was a line of customers in cars entering through the gate admission area to go to the picnic area. She waited for the car line to clear and pressed the gas on the car speeding through the admission gate area without paying any fees/admission and almost hit employees who rushed out of the way. She had 2 kids in the car (appeared to be grandkids) which she also put at risk for safety. The sheriff department was called. The speed limit is 5 mph and she was running approximately 25 mph through a congested area where people are unloading cars and walking across the narrow path. She was confronted in the park where she hit an owner with the front of her car and laughed about it while customers watched. She endangered everyone, not just once, but twice because she went back through the park in the same manner as she went in trying to avoid the deputies. The sheriff deputy arrived and put a no trespass order on her onsite to permanently ban her. Criminal charges are being considered. There were several customers that said they and their kids were almost hit and moved just in time. How can it be overpriced when you paid nothing and almost cost lives? She is trying to make this a racist thing which is far from the actual events. Our park has been in business since 1990 and would not have survived and grown by being racist. I have a copy of the sheriff report if you would like a copy. Our overall reviews are very positive and the ratings speak for themselves.
