Had $5 referrals, earned like $75 in referrals and told it would be paid out after holidays since they got busy, wasnt paid then after New Years it said technical difficulties it would be paid when they can, now it just says VOIDED they told me 2-3 days theyd pay me it was technical problems that voided my payment and THEY STILL HAVENT PAID. Recently signed up for an account before the New Year and had other people sign up as well and was told our money was safe and we would get paid after the holidays and now it says all my referral money was voided! Thus company is absolutely ridiculous and does not pay out like they promised to do! They Need pay me my referral earnings as they promised because I work for it!!! I signed up for velocity and also referred a friend. I was told my payment would be safe and sent after technical issues were fixed but instead my payments were voided. This isnt fair and this company should pay what is owed to who did the steps!Business response

There was a referral program going on where you could get a $5 sign up bonus and $5 per referral..well I signed up and got just one referral... So I should've been paid out $10 in all. I go in ******** only to see several people were paid out literal hundreds of dollars and I checked my velocity app and my 2 $5 payments were wrote off as VOIDED on the app. So I never got paid out the amount that was owed to me..I have studied their terms and conditions and I 100% did everything right and nothing against their terms, therefore I think it is only right that I get the $10 that was owed to me.Business response
