            In November 2023, this BBB investigated Asfalis business practices. This investigation was prompted by a pattern of consumer complaints alleging delays in warranty reimbursement or refunds prompting requests for the reimbursements or refunds.

            On November 3, 2023 this BBB notified the company by mail about the pattern of complaints alleging incomplete lighting installation, prompting requests for refunds Better Business Bureau requested information on how Asfalis was going to correct the pattern of customer complaints. On January 8, 2024 a second letter was sent to the company regarding the pattern of complaints and how they were going to resolve the pattern.
            As of the date of this Business Profile, the company has not responded to BBB’s request for a written plan of action for resolving the pattern of complaints and none of the emails have been returned to this BBB as undeliverable.

            Purchased Cell Hemet screen protection that insures up to **** if the screen is damaged. Applied the product, registered the purchase and phone, screen was damaged a few months later, opened a claim, followed their repair instructions, emailed them the receipt for reimbursement, no response. Emailed again 8 days later. No response. Emailed again now 35 days later after no receiving a response. They are trying to screw me.

            Terrible customer service! My registration wasn’t working so I reached out. They said it was an invalid registration number, it was not. I can’t believe my ******* store sold me this scam product. I wish I read the reviews before I purchased it.
