Do not use this expensive service. I contracted this company thinking that someone would come out and work with my dog. Instead, they want to come out and tell YOU how to train your dog- which is similar to hiring a maid who teaches you how to push a vacuum. If I had the time to train my own dog, I would do it. This service is too expensive for what you get. I could have watched a Youtube video and done the same thing. What I was looking for was a professional to work with my dog on a regular basis. I did not get that. Now I am out thousands of dollars and my dog is still untrained. Do not use this service!

Nowhere in any content, or demonstration for we ever insinuate that we are going to train your dog for you. Training is a team effort. This is also why we do not offer board to train services. You can send your dog away and you will have the same problem because you did not follow through with the training. We have been there 7 times counting a comprehensive 2 hour consultation in which we FULLY explained and demonstrated the entire program. Not only that, but you read and signed the contract. We have comprehensive notes on every session we do and it is overly evident that you did not follow through with your homework. I'll be glad to copy and paste all of our correspondences and notes to prove it. This could be very easily rectified. Simply reaching out to me to let me know that you were experiencing some frustrations before posting here without me knowing we even have an issue is a bit disappointing. However, we are still 100 percent committed to your success. Even though you have chosen to post in this forum before picking up the phone and insulted our education by comparing it to a YouTube video, I will come see you personally and see to it that your desired results are met. No matter how many times ANY trainer comes to your house, no follow through means no results. We have given you every resource available to stay consistent. You have homework notes in step by step detail, 24/7 access to not only your trainer but myself as well, you have the online curriculum and option for virtual check ins between sessions if needed.
