In December of last year, I purchased a 2020 **** Interceptor from a dealership based on their assurance that the vehicle was in "like new" and "perfect condition." Unfortunately, this was far from the truth and I have been trying to resolve it ever since.Upon delivery, I discovered numerous points of damage, including significant underbody damage and severe damage to the rear differential subframe, which was supposedly fixed under a **** recall. It appeared as though someone had taken a jackhammer to it. On the way home from picking it up from the transport company, the vehicle lost power immediately. I called the dealership and was told to take it to my local **** dealership, where I found out that the turbo and wastegate solenoid were faulty, along with numerous broken body parts.I contacted the dealership, and they assured me they would cover all necessary repairs upon receipt of the invoice. I have this promise in writing. However, the situation worsened when I received the title, which showed the vehicle had over ******* miles, not the ****** miles I was told at the time of sale. I was instructed to send back the title and paperwork for correction.Despite owning the vehicle for several months, the dealership has now refused to honor their commitment to fix the vehicle. They have left me high and dry, telling me that I should not expect much from a used commercial vehicle. This is unacceptable, especially since they sold it to me as a clean, like-new, one-owner vehicle with zero body damage or mechanical issues.Their failure to honor their promises has forced me to seek legal action. This experience has drained my savings, which I intended to use to start my own security business, and I am now left with a vehicle I cannot use. They have shown a complete lack of integrity and responsibility, and their misrepresentations have caused me significant financial and emotional distress.
