    At the end of the day these guys tried justifying the review towards Auquanna B mentioned the bad customer service but yet that is yet to be justified. These women (TERRY) especially are really rude and have a one track mind of selling cars but never thanks the customer , never smiles, very short with any type of communication. First day I went to purchase a vehicle I came in on a Friday to test drive and purchase a vehicle. I arrived around 4:15 pm. One lady mentioned for me to sit down and wait for someone to come back in from placing a tag on their car. I sat patiently as both women knew what I was there for but continued to work and ignore me. I noticed it was 4:50 pm close to their closing time. I had to get up and ask the women when will I be helped all for them to say well you haven’t test drove the car so wait Monday. I was very upset because these women were gossiping with clients about calling the police and speaking on a drug addict in front of me instead of trying to help me. They are like robots they are just there to sell shitty cars and that’s it that’s all they care about they definitely don’t give a shit about the customer. I came back that following Monday and purchased a vehicle and after driving it 3 weeks in the car was running hot and breaking down. At that point I didn’t want to waste my money on that piece of shit so I let them come and pick it up. Autoville picked the car up September 5th. I went to a different car lot Chariot Auto to make a payment on a car I purchased with them and I was told from the manager that someone from Autoville called them and told them they were repossessing their vehicle and that Chariot Auto should do the same along with discussing my account.

    In response to the false complaint that **** ********* filed on September 7, 2024. We have a copy of the finance application **** ********* completed at our office that shows she wrote down in her own handwriting where she purchased her last vehicle which was at ***** used cars and their phone number and that she paid it off. We always verify references and any information the customer writes down on their application BEFORE we deny or approve to finance them. We did call ***** used cars and ONLY asked if she was in good standing with them. Ms. ********* financed a 2016 **** Escape Hybird at our office on August 5, 2024 and made her FIRST and ONLY payment on August 20, 2024 of $100.00 and it wasn't even a full payment. She was behind a little over 3 car payments, so we repo'd the car. Ms. ********* came by our office on Friday, September 6, 2024 and cleaned out her car. She came inside our office yelling and cussing at our office staff and ***** asked her to leave. I was in the office and heard and saw everything that happened above.
