            Business hours for customer support service are advertised as Mon - Fri: 7:00am - 11:00pm ET Sat - Sun: 8:30am - 8:00pm ET However, when you call on Saturday and Sunday, during advertised open hours, you receive a prompt the customer service department is closed and to call back during the next business day.

            I definitely wouldn't try and apply here They go to such great lengths to get a background check and I mean they wanted a copy of my high school diploma, drivers license, etc. and I guess they used that info to find my Facebook because I got a message from one of the people trying to hire me on there, which is odd and very inappropriate and unprofessional.

            Also you can pop positive for "delta 8 *********" which is LEGAL in Texas but they will say it's not and go ahead and not hire you, even though they already sent you 100 pounds of equipment and they will fully expect YOU to pack it all back up and send it back.

            Such a weird company and I'm glad I didn't get hired in the end.
