We did a kitchen design with one of cabinets to go designers. They were to come & measure before delivery so the size & amount of cabinets were correct. The installer cancelled the measure 2 times & they came to deliver the cabinets without speaking to me or my husband confirming the delivery. **** from ******* said that she could not guarantee more damage to the cabinets if we refused delivery & told us we would be responsible for the damage. We reluctantly allowed the delivery people to put the boxed cabinets in our garage. The same day, I get an email from the designer asking if we did the demo yet. We didn't even get the measure yet which was to be done before delivery. The designer spoke to corporate & gave us three options from corporate since we could not get another installer to measure to travel from ******* to ********. One was to keep the cabinets & some were damaged & get our own installer, the second was to use the present installer & he would come to measure & have him install or the return the cabinets & cancel with no fees. The installer scheduled a measure & instead of him coming said he had an associate of his he used all the time to measure to come. The handy man said he did not know******, never spoke to him before or met him or worked for him.****** lied to us & the handy man did not know how to measure & said the cabinets did not fit on the phone to******. This was the third measure appt. & still nothing was confirmed accurate. It was obvious to my husband that no one knows what they are doing so agreed to return the cabinets as per options by the designer & corporate. Either way the delivery people had other scheduled deliveries to deliver & return cabinets &****** did not measure long distance or show up nor provide a competent person to measure.They came & returned all the cabinets to ******* along with the damaged items & no one working for cabinets to go stepped foot in my house or did any work. Cabinets to go has not paid *********** back
