    I came to All Pro Window Films in hopes of getting my old tint removed and new tint installed. Wasnt satisfied with the condition I received my car back and had genuine concerns.Met with the General Manager, ****** to discuss my concerns. The ** began to make comments such as Youre driving a car with ****** miles on it acting like its a ******* and he felt the whole reason I was complaining was due to buyers remorse and I probably didnt have the money for the service. I approved the $1000 job when I dropped the car off initially. I explained to him that I expected a better customer service experience and deserved to be heard as a paying client that used his service that same day. Regardless of our inability to end things amicably, the customer service was far from professional and our interaction did not warrant any of the comments made to me outside the scope of the visit. Based on my experience and how poorly and unprofessional this situation was handled I cannot recommend All Pro Window Films.

    Its our understanding that you claim your car was damaged by ** during your service of ** removing the existing film and installing new film. The reason you came to us is because you had the car tinted at a competitor (which I will not mention but hear its on ************) and you were very unhappy with how they tinted your car. You signed our workorder which states you have the right to a vehicle inspection at the time you are dropping off your car and you chose not to do that with our team. So we accept the car as is. Immediately after we completed the work you started complaining that we damaged your car when we had not. Our processes do not do the kind of damage that you were accusing us of. Since our guys were not happy about being blamed for something they did not do (repeatedly) they were basically backed against a wall. Its very hard to stay professional and maintain the highest customer service achievable when a customer keeps accusing you of something you did not do. We offered to meet you at our main office so we could address your concerns in which you did. You told us in your words, "the tint looks amazing"! And then went into accusing us of damaging your car again and continually. There was no understanding on your part that hey maybe these guys didn't damage my car. Maybe it was the guys that did such a horrible job on the original tint job. You could offer no proof that the damage was not there prior to dropping your car off. You just expected us to assume responsibility for some thing we did not do. Because you were so insistent that we did the damage, there was no reasoning with you which escalated to the bad customer service you speak of. I just don't see how we can be such a horrible customer service company with all the rave reviews we have on here about how great our team is. Its only the customers that don't seem to get what they want that accuse us of bad customer service. We do appreciate your ********************** and hate to lose any customers.
