    This company has been nothing but Rude to me. I paid them 5200 to put a motor in my 2015 NIssan Juke SL and they took their time with getting my car fixed, they didn't want ensure my safety because instead of actually fixing my car they made it worse, the day that I was told my car motor had been put in successfully and drove it home, my car immediately cut of which could have died on the highway coming from **********. I've talked to ***************** one of the advisors and he is the reason why I have been trying to understand why my car isn't being fixed right. So Now I am again still having issues and the same owner and manager of the business can not tell me what is the real issue when all i asked was to fix my car. I paid these Men my hard earned money to fix my car and now I am without a vehicle that can properly work. And now they want me to spend $580 more for a new intake that wasn't giving me any problems before and because of them I am still out of a vehicle

    Hi *******, we're sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience at the dealership in regards to the timeliness that it took to fully fix your vehicle. Unfortunately there was a defect in the part on the new motor that was installed from the manufacture that was causing the issue. Our team fixed that issue and gave you a vehicle to drive while we corrected it as a courtesy. The defect in the motor that was installed was causing the code to flag for the intake. However, once we fixed the motor issue that was caused by a part defect, the issue was resolved and you did not have to pay for a new intake.
