On 3/16 ONLINE INFORMATION S Reported: Mar. 16, 2021 -on my TransUnion, Equifax and Experian credit report that I owe $350.00 in collections for service with ************ I paid this item in full on 2/16/2022. It is still reporting as an open collection. I would like this removed as they stated they would take this off my credit report.Business response

Online Information Services Inc. is violating my federally protected consumer right by reporting an account on my report when I have never done business with them and have no contract with. Pursuant to 15 USC 1692d1 a debt collector can not use use or threat of use of violence or other criminal means to harm the physical person, reputation, or property of any person. Them reporting on my consumer report is causing harm to my reputation. This account in a defamation of character and fraud as i have never done business with Online Information Services Inc. I am not liable for this debt with ************************ and do not have a contract with Online Information Services Inc. I checked my credit report and noticed I had a collection from Online Information Services that was opened on 10/01/2020 for $522 with account number starting in ***************** that I do not recall and am not liable for. I never entered into a signed agreement or completed an original contract with them. This is fraudulent and a violation of my rights. This inaccurate collection is not mine. If you believe this account is mine, prove the validity.I would like all collection activity to cease immediately and for this inaccurate and fraudulent collection to be removed from my credit report or I will file for litigation and report you to the **** and FTC.Business response

Constant harassing robocalls and spam voicemails over a debt that is INVALID and was over 4 years ago. They have hit my credit report, removed from my report, and then hit it again bringing down my credit further. I sent in a dispute but heard nothing back, but the calls/letters keep coming.Business response

I Do not have an account with ONLINE INFORMATION SERVI, this is not may account. i do not have a financial obligation to this company. I asked them for a signed contract, or my signature or original documentation and they failed to provide this within 45 days. This is not my account. Please remove this from my Transunion, Experian and Equifax reports. They can't even provide me with an account number.Business response

I am a victim of identity theft. The following accounts were opened without my knowledge, consent or authority. I have no idea how the theft took place, nor do I have knowledge of the suspects. I did not receive any money, goods, or services as a result of the identity theft.
