Very negative experience with **** ********************** of ********************** Roofing. We found snow in our attic on 04/16/22 and were also experiencing leaking through bathroom ceiling fans in two bathrooms, I called and spoke with **** on 04/18/22. We had one of his technicians come out that same day and take a look at everything, and paid the $150 service fee. The tech found some damaged shingles, which he repaired. He did not find anything wrong with the vents. Unfortunately, we were still experiencing leaking through the bathroom ceiling fans on 04/23/22. I called **** back, he was very nice and said he would come back on Monday and take a look and that our service fee would cover that. I call him around 11 AM on Monday 04/25/22 and he tells me he is going out of town, but can have the same technician come back. I said that he told me two days ago that he would take a look. He lost it and spoke to me so unprofessionally and disrespectfully, his words were "You need to understand that we get thirty people per day calling us." I told him then nevermind, don't come back, and he responded that I needed to find someone else if he was going to be held to a time commitment. When my husband called him back the same day to ask why he spoke to me that way, **** bluntly says to him that he wasn't making any money off of coming back so it wasn't a priority for him. **** is incredibly unprofessional and has no integrity, he does not care that we paid him a service fee, but the issues his technician came out for were not resolved. He could have apologized and offered to come out on Tuesday instead, but he needed to put me in my place for expecting him to honor the commitments he makes. Do not recommend ********************** Roofing at all. Maybe if your job is big enough he won't treat you this way. I went to my realtor who recommended ******* Roofing or *********************** instead.
