All of a sudden the manager shows up WITHOUT even looking at her or knowing what she was there for raised his voice to his own employee and said, "You can only tell her the price But, Nothing More". (What did he mean?)
Was she not able to buy the parts because why? He just walked away without even looking at my daughter,
As he walked away he kept shouting only the price, nothing else.
The man that was helping her out also looked confused about what just happen. Either this manager has been there awhile and feels he can treat customers badly or could it be a RACE thing. Makes you wonder.
I did complain to NAPA headquarters. Hopefully, they will speak to him.
We went to ********* and had a great simple transaction.
Rating I'm leaving should be 0.
