Hired this company to pour a simple patio in my backyard in august of 2021. Came out and did the job no problem. We were 1st time homeowners so we didn’t have anything to put down on the patio in the fall and thought we would wait until spring to purchase patio furniture. Well then the “surface cracks as the owner Chase would call them started to appear. He made it clear to me that this is normal? Behavior for concrete as the temperature changes and shouldn’t be an issue. Fast forward to the late spring early summer and the “surface cracks” were obviously getting worse. I called again, btw his company only does business by voicemail which after what I have experienced is par for the course. After idk 7 attempts to contact them I finally got a call back stating I should’ve read my contract and “surface cracks” are normal and not agreed upon to be fixed. Well here we are almost 2 years later with a completely ruined patio as the “surface cracks” turned out to be poor leveling and now my 1 year old Isn’t allowed out back because of the chunks of concrete that she constantly was trying to put in her mouth. Placed several calls to again a voicemail and even told the message I was going to contact the BBB, all to no avail. 5k down the drain and will be in contact with a different company to fix what they couldn’t get right. Terrible customer service, terrible concrete work and all in all just feel violated by letting this guy hose me for 5k for a days work. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I have plenty of pictures as I have sent them to Chase with zero response.
