On 05/23/2023 the BBB Serving New Hampshire received the first of multiple complaints and scam reports regarding Kickoh, and other online shopping sites that display the Kickoh address, email address, or business name. Each complaint or scam report alleges that products purchased were not received, and attempts to contact the business for updates or a refund were not answered. BBB attempted to contact Kickoh directly in order to address these complaints but these attempts also went unanswered.
In addition, the address listed by the business does not match a business or office location, and no company operating under the Kickoh name or any affiliate is registered with the Secretary of State.
