      I have been on the phone attempting to close my account # ******* several times and continuously get the runaround. They told me the department is so busy that it would take 2-3 months to process and somebody would call me back with details. Nobody has called me to date. I cannot cancel my subscription on their website and my card gets auto billed. I cannot remove it without putting in a new card #. I do not want to continue the service.

      I have tried to cancel my account # ********* for my quarterly pest ********************** service for the last 2 weeks and no one in the Management Team will return my call. I just want to cancel my account # ********* for my quarterly pest ********************** service and receive confirmation that it has been cancelled. I have called 3 times. The first two times I am told that someone will get back to me, and today I was on hold for 13 minutes and then got sent to voice mail. No one has ever gotten back to me.

      Contacted Viking in late May, described my moth problem. Rep confirmed it appeared to involved Indian Meal moths. A technician visit was scheduled for June 2nd, 2023. The technician arrived and noted that my cabinets and closets were not emptied. I informed him that Viking never informed me of the need to do this. He inspected the premises, discussed with me the frequency and locations of moths seen, and determined there was no infestation. He felt they were coming from outside the apartment. The tech placed about 6 glue traps to help determine the entry point of the moths. No spray was applied. However I have been billed on June 6th for a 2-treatment service of $457.42. I have called Viking twice to request some adjustment to my bill, since my apartment was never treated. ********* of Viking first said she would escalate to management on June 8th. I spoke to ********* a 2nd time on June 14th, and she was surprised that the matter was not handled yet. I am writing on June 15th and have not been refunded. I asked my credit card company today June 15th to dispute the charge.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      On June 16th Viking rep ******* called and we discussed the situation. A path forward was agreed. A partial refund would happen. However none of the agreed actions on the part of Viking have occurred yet. A minimum charge would be applied for the one visit, and a refund for the 2 application series would happen. Still waiting.

      They charged on first of the month then I had to chase down an actual appointment. Then they do not show, the phone for guy who is supposed to be the owner is a no-go, the local phone goes to vm and the 800 number just lies by saying they will ask the tech to call.

      1) I spoke with a person for about 2 minutes, I do not know if they are a "manager". Based on the dishonesty so far, I doubt it.
      2) I do not have a refund. Viking must actually refund the money they took without providing any service. That is the ONLY acceptable resolution.

      Ants were 10 times worse after they came they made it worse!!! They did not do indoors my apartment I have on camera! They were here under 15 minutes! I want a refund asap!!!! Aweful!!!technicians were not professional!!!

      We are disappointed you are not happy, but we have made attempts to help with your pest issue.  Please understand there is a 7 to 10 business day refund policy with all credit cards charges. As advised by the manager, the refund has been issued.

      I was having a mice problem. ** December 2022 I contacted Viking Pest Control. They advised me to go with Anticimex Smart a digital mouse control. I am being charged $55.99 per month for this service. Since this time I am still seeing mice. There has been technicians out to my home at least once a month sometimes more. On 5/11/23, I had a tech come out because Im still seeing mice droppings. The first thing he did was ask where my smart gadget was placed. I showed him. He then asked where is the other box with the red eye that tracts the mice movement. I then informed him this is the only box that was placed in my home. He then went on his phone and said its coming up that its at ***************. He asked me if we just moved recently. I informed him that I have lived in this house since **** and no where since then. The tech then proceeded to call his manager and inform them of his findings. The tech told me they would be getting this fixed and someone will be contacting me later that day. No one ever contacted me. I then sent an email at 3:40PM on this same day, 5/11/23. I have never received a response as of the present time.Also, the tech from yesterday is the only tech that ever bothered to check this Smart Box. So no one ever seen that it wasnt in my home or they just blew it off. I would like to be reimbursed for the money that is being paid to them for the past 5 months in the total amount of $279.95. I also would like consumers to be aware that they are not doing their job that they are charging you for. How can a company get away with charging you for something that they never placed in your home yet it shows that its at a completely different address. My account #*********.

      I am rejecting this response because:  They were supposed to have a manger contact me and to this date I have not received a call back.  They are supposed to come to my home on 5/24/23 but he is not a person in charge that can help me.  Their customer service is atrocious and no one ever calls or emails me back.  When they called me the man I talked to could not answer my questions, and he told me I would receive a call back,  That was last week and to date have never received a call back.

      My former exterminating business, *********** was sold to Viking last fall. I was never notified by Viking. I first received a robo call last week from an unknown business telling me of my appointment. I ignored it, since I had not made one, nor had I ever heard of Viking. Next thing is receiving a call from ******, telling me he was on his way to my house for my appointment! I asked who he was, from where and allowed him to come. He was a great service person.....but, I was shocked to hear I had to pay by credit card (never did) AND was not told pricing beforehand, since he didn't know what I had paid.I was angry and called the company three days ago. I was told the employee had been an employee of ***********, and would have someone from Viking call me. They never did. Is this how a company does business? Is this good customer relations? I received a postcard after this service telling me of the new owners.I am disgusted with this company, and don't know how they received such ratings.

      RE: Invoice # ******** Date of service 07/19/2022 I have been contacted by mail, phone calls, messages etc in regards to a past due bill from Viking pest control. Their mailing address is ************************************. I submitted a clear plastic package of beetles/ bugs to service contract worker. He said they were ground beetles that entered under the garage door. He explained various programs that they offered. I requested a copy of rates. For the fee for inspection was $79.97. I paid him $80.00 cash and was told that he would send me a paid receipt via my phone. On 8/02/2022, 8/11/2022 I called the office and requested a paid receipt to no avail. On 8/16/2022,9/12/2022, 10/18/2022 I received thru the mail requesting payment for the bill. It should be noted that a 20% of attorney fees plus interest would be applied. After numerous phone calls to the company I received a paid bill in September. I spoke to various office personal and advised them that I had a paid bill that the problem would be taken care of. I believe that I am being harassed and threaten by this company in various forms of mail, and phone call messages with no mention of the persons name.       Good morning, per the service agreement, it does state 365- day service agreement, which was sold on 5/29/2021. We did treat three times during that time. Explained to customer ********* bees can return each year and would have to pay if he wants any additional services.

      My first initial call to get assistance I spoke with **** who was friendly I guess to get the business, I was advises that the package I was purchasing was called the Home Protection Plan which consisted of entry points into the home and seal them, spray for ants, put down traps, service twice a year, spring & fall, the I could call for any emergencies and they would come back out. A tech came to my home and only put down mice traps and sprayed, everything promised to me on the sales call did not happen. I tried calling the Viking **************** but no one from the customer service or sales **** will assist, I've hung up on today by four [4] Viking employees, from these two telephone numbers ************ and ************ spoke with ***** **** ******* ****** and no one has a manager I was advised that could assist me, and no one know if a corporate office or telephone number for Viking exist. The last rep I spoke with *** advised me to file a complaint with the BBB so that's what I'm doing then he hung up on me. The sales person who sold me the product won't even return my calls and I've called him over 5 times and left messages ************ i.e. ****. I want a full refund plus I want the service that was promised to me on my initial call with ****.
