Never pulled permits to do the job in my back yard then blamed me because the mayor told me that since there's no HOA in our development "every man for himself" so DiPalitino's contractors came out & we decided that 3/4 stone in the easement would not stop the flow of rainwater and it would probably be the best option. Mind you that Mr. *********** sits on the zoning board, so if it's not permitted to fill it in, he should've known. Approximately 2 weeks after the job the zoning office made him to remove the rock. So now with my yard having been torn apart twice with their backhoe my house is basically unsellable unless I put out another $13,000 plus dollars to fix what they did. While they were doing the job they buried 10 of my sprinkler heads, broke 4 of them, broke an industrial sized plastic tub that I used as a dog pool. Had they actually dug down the 4 inches along the sides they would've seen the sprinkler heads and the ******* was also told about the sprinkler system. I had to have all of that repaired at my expense which I told Mr. *********** that I will deduct from the remaining balance. The irrigation company sent me a bill charging me for just to turn on the system saying that Mr. *********** took care of the rest. They also would not tell me how much that amount was. I paid the remaining balance because I was sent a letter from his lawyer. The original bill and the revised bill both had charges for things were not done. Once questioned, they revised it again. I've sent an e-mail asking if they can fix their mess with no response. So I am now stuck with a house that is unsellabe, a yard that looks terrible and I'm out $13,000+ for that job and I'll have to put out another $13,000 just to have it fixed.
