              I placed order # ****** on 12/01/2023 and it included:Legends ************************* laminate - special order Legends - quarter round malted barley - special order I have the following issues with this order:1.The quarter rounds I received are different colors than laminate. 2.The production date on the stickers of quarter rounds is 07/12/2022, so they were in stock and cannot be considered as special order.3.The quality of the quarter rounds I received is much worse than the items with the same production code sold in the ********** for the price of $10.98 each, as I paid for this worse quality special order price of $44.10.So, the store mislead me into buying the product of wrong color, worse quality, higher price, produced almost 2 years ago and now refuse to return my money because it was special order. I tried to address these issues to the store by email and in person, but they disregarded my complaint.The amount I paid for 9 quarter rounds is $396.90 plus NJ tax, altogether $423.19.

              I bought Vinyl flooring and installation from this company. Huge mistake!! Extremely POOR quality installation and frustrating experience. First the measurer did a pathetic job resulting in short material! Then Installation(outsourced) was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. The supervisor bullied around the house forcing me to quickly move my stuff right away so they could finish up the job in 1 day (was previously scheduled to be done in 2-3 days). All said the material ran short. They kept me hanging for over 2 months and after many many follow up calls the job was finally re-scheduled. Guess what, no show! I had to call another 2-3 times to get the guy to come back and finish the job. Even now, few stairs have un-even Vinly stair noses. On calling, they have now scheduled a third round of repeat work to fix/finish this darn Vinyl flooring installation!DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT buy your flooring from Worldwide Wholesale Floor Covering. These guys will rip the peace out of your life and keep you hanging with an incomplete job for months!! Leave aside really really bad finish/quality.
