Ive been a customer for almost a year. My car had broke down and I had my car towed to them so they can let me know the damage that was done. The mechanic called me about the damage and the cost to get It fixed. He asked if I knew what I was going to do with my car, and I told him , I wasnt sure but most likely going to get rid of it. I had my car there for a week. I purchased a new car from a dealer and they wanted to look at my old car and give me a price . So, once they went to Circle brakes to look at my car they looked under the car and my catalytic converter was missing. I addressed it to the mechanic At the desk, and he basically said he would make it right and pay me the original price . So, I went to the ***** dealer to get the price and once I got back with the price he took back his offer and said the owner not gone pay. The mechanic at the desk , who I always deal with, looked like he knew something and didnt want me to contact the authorities in the beginning but when I arrived after going to the ***** dealership , the police was arriving at the same time as I was, which made me wonder why he didnt want me to call myself . I believe , they thought I was going to come pick up my car and tow it. They werent expecting for me to check my car. The mechanic at the desk , didnt want to show the cameras. He came up with an excuse that it wouldnt be available until Monday . I was there on a Saturday before that Monday. Anyway, I will be taking it to court and I have evidence to show that he was going to pay me the original price . I suggest people check their vehicles before leaving and bring someone to check , who knows about cars. The owner didnt even apologize to me and I spent money there. I even sent a relative to them as well for service.
