I sent the *************** Officer of Westminster Management, *****************************, along with the ******* center in *******, three separate Bills of Exchanges with processing instructions to settle my account for the remainder of my lease. I was told by the accounting team through the property manager that they would not accept my funds and that they'll return my instruments. Almost two months later and no one has returned my Certified Funds back to me totaling upwards of $65,000 and they have filed for eviction. My funds were delivered to ***************************** at ********************************************************************** on December 13, 2021 at 3:25pm via Registered Mail# RE 102 230 137 **. . Another package was delivered to the ******* Center at *********************************************** and received December 14, 2021 7:06am via Registered Mail# RE 102 230 110 **. A second and final package was delivered to ***************************** at the same address on December 14, 2021 2:02pm via Registered Mail# RE 102 230 070 **. I have proof of the contents within the package via an Affidavit of Mailing and I also filed a claim on each of my instruments which means that they MUST be returned to me along with a written correspondence of a defect and giving me an opportunity to fix it. This whole situation has been extremely damaging to my family and I. Not only is this theft but it's also a tax issue and the *** will be notified if this matter isn't handled accordingly.
