    This veterinarian is not sympathetic to your pets needs any longer. Their level of care is poor. I have had multiple issues with them in the past year. The most recent being my 8 yr old cat was sick. I called in the morning to tell them my cats symptoms and also asked if I would be able to come in as in the past year nobody was allowed in the facility. I mentioned I had Covid a week prior but was out of quarantine. The girl at the desk asked me if I could clean the cat somehow. And then sent me an email about pets and Covid exposure. She told me that the Veteranrian / owner wouod call me back. Or I could call ******** hospital. And I didnt see a reason to call an emergency hospital. We hadnt even established what was wrong yet. I wanted to bring in my cat. When I called again. An assistant got on. And informed me they would not be taking my cat in *** I should seek emergency care. My cat has still not been diagnosed yet. Nor did the doctor even call me back yet. My cat had mild vomit. Then had sneezing and what sounded like Congestion. This was not what I wouod say emergency related. They just were refusing to take my cat in because I had a Covid a week before so they are Assumimg my cat did since they sent me an email about pets and Covid after my first phone call. I called again at 7:45pm which was 15 mins before closing since nobody called me back. And the girl promised me that thr Veternarin wouod call me after that last patient before leaving. At 8:10 pm I received a text message from front fest girl telling me that the doctor *************** said take my cat to a 24/7 facility there was nothing he could do for my cat. Doctor ***** didnt have the decency to get on the phone to attempt to diagnose my cat. Refused to see my cat to establish maybe he just needed antibiotics. And left me hanging to go to a hospital to spend approx $1000 prob in the end for something that could have been dealt with in his office. Isnt that what he does for a living? I told them I had a small child at home and I could not leave to sit hours in a walk in hospital and could he help me after being a client for 13 years. No response ever came from ************* or his office. This is not the first time.
