I would've filled a complaint,but unfortunately I can't prove my case. I hope this review will help others make a wiser decision before giving their vehicle to an unprofessional business owner. I came in for an alternator. I was given a price for the part and the price for labor. When I was given the invoice when my vehicle was ready the amount had doubled. Avi the owner added services that weren't discussed and agreed of. The owner insisted to change my battery, he was giving me a mechanical excuse which made no sense. I asked to keep my battery, he argued back and forth but I insisted to keep my battery because it was new. This wasn't the case. The final invoice had a new battery charge. I asked that he will take out the battery and replace it back with mine. The owner started to scream at me in front of customers and said don't ever F*ing come back here every again and that he doesn't have time for this ********. Another charge was added, the diagnostic scan which wasn't needed. I had a scan the same day for free at PepBoys. He said he has to charge me because the machine costed him 10k. The scan wasn't discussed and agreed initially. I am a female and I realized right there and then that I'm being taken advantage on. My male friend called the owner and right after he deducted the scan and battery charges. Between that and the time he brought the vehicle back to me something must've happened because 3 weeks later I found out that the transmission fluid is a contaminated old motor oil and I found this because my vehicle was running poorly and made loud noise. Unfortunately I can't prove he drained the transmission fluid and replaced with motor oil otherwise I would've hired a lawyer!!!!!!
