            I received a notice from my Energy Supplier (PECO) that my Gas and Electric Supplier had been switched to Median Energy as of August 12. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE this switch. I called Median on August 12, 2024 and complained and asked them to cancel this service. I just received ANOTHER notice that they it was to be switched back AGAIN to Median - Electric effective August 12 and Gas effective August 30, 2024. How do I make them stop doing this. I have NEVER had a conversation with them about switching my service to them.

            Suspicious. Solicitor named ******************, representing Median Energy, came to my door last night at 7:30pm and wrongly assumed she was a representative from our condo development to help lower gas and electric monthly charges. I gullibly gave my initials to enroll. I did not provide any credit card or financial info. ******* reviewed with me my recent *********** to identify my current supplier for electric as Constellation New Energy. She said that I had a different supplier was for gas. (I couldn't find the name on my bill). She claimed that Median Energy supplies both gas and electric and therefore reduces taxes charged. In addition she claimed that I would get a $50 rebate as well as reimbursement for my highest gas and electric charges over the past year.I suspect this is a scam and have no interest in changing my current gas and electric suppliers.Sincerely,*******************************
