So ANIA Management was referred to me by a close friend. I was not that fortunate. I wish I had done some background check and read some reviews. So I went to there office on 8/9/24 to inquire about a two bedroom apartment. The Agent who saw me seem nice enough. The process seems fast enough. He showed me 2 available apartment in my budget on main roads with no parking, I refused. He then offered parking at another apartment close by for one of them, I accepted. After filling out paperwork and making down payments I was now ready to physically view the apartment being it was close by the main office. Then he tells me I can't because work is being done SMH, he told me it will be done in a week, so I call back in a week and it still wasn't ready. Fast forward 2 1/2 weeks now he call to say I can view 9/28/25. After I view the apartment it was smaller that usually but doable so I agreed. I asked about fire inspection and pest control, he said the fire inspection was up to date but he'll have pest control done on the 29th. Went to the office and paid the first month rent plus parking and got the keys because 9/3/24 they're close.Went back to the apartment today 8/30/24 to clean so I can start moving in, I was shocked, heartbroken and traumatized after opening the door to see ROACHES running on the walls and floor with some dead in the rooms. I was crying at this point I call and was on hold for 20 minutes until I decided to go to the office. I saw the Agent and told him what happened he offered to have an exterminator go there I refused because one thing I know is when your seeing ROACHES then there's a bigger problem in the floors and walls. He tried to tell me my payments was nonrefundable and refused to take the keys back. I told him I haven't move in yet and the month haven't started so how could that be. He told me to come back Tuesday 9/3/24 I need a refund.
