I tried to send money to Mexico from my bank account. After 3 days waiting, they said they needed more documentation to send it. Then I decided to cancel it. They took it from my bank without any documentation that they said they needed, then they didn't deliver it. I have received 5 texts saying that I need to email or call them. I have emailed them about 20 times and no one helps me. Then they said to call them, but they have no phone number available that I can use to call from outside of the US. Seems crazy for a country that does business internationally. I have now disputed the charge with my bank. The people I have been in contact with have no business dealing with people's money. They have sent me about 6 texts asking me to email them, and when I email them, they can't help. The amount they stole from me is $534.37.Initial Complaint

I SENT $1,999 DLS TO MY BANK ACCOUNT IN ****** IN ********** ******, USING THIS COMPANY AND THEY ASKED ME FOR MY BANK ACCOUNT AND THEY WITHDRAW THE ***** FROM MY BANK, AND TOLD ME THAT IT WILL TAKE 5 DAYS TO MY MONEY BE REFLECTED IN MY BANK IN ******, BUT AFTER 8 DAYS THEY WERE ASKING ME FOR MORE PERSONAL INFORMATION OR THAT THEY WILL CANCEL THE TRANSFER SO I FELT NOT SURE ABOUT PROVIDING MORE PERSONAL INFORMATION SO I CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION AND THEY DID IT AND TOLD ME THAT THE MONEY WAS GOING TO BE DEPOSIT BACK TO MY BANK ACCOUNT IN ABOUT 10 DAYS, AND TIME WENT BY AND MONEY WAS NOT REFLECTED TO MY ACCOUNT SO I CALLED MY BANK AND STARTED A CLAIM, BUT FEW DAYS LATER MY BANK TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD TO CLOSED THE CLAIM BECAUSE I AGREED TO HAVE MY ***** TO BE WITHDRAW FROM MY BANK AND THAT I HAVE TO CALL THE COMPANY THAT I USED TO SENT THE MONEY TO ****** SO I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DONT KNOW HOW MANY DAYS IS GOING TO TAKE FOR THEM TO DEPOSIT MY ***** BACK TO MY ACCOUNT AND I REQUESTED TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR AND THE PERSON WHO I WAS TALKING OVER THE ***** HIS NAME WAS ****** HIS BADGE OR ID **** TOLD ME THAT THEY DONT HAVE SUPERVISORS SO IM REALLY WORRY THAT THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY MONEY TO MY BANK ACCOUNT AND THIS BEEN GOING ON SINCE APRIL12 2022.
