My insurance company arrange Duggers road ************* come to tow my battery died car to a dealership to replace battery on Sat. Truck driver removed a cap near the control gear, use a screwdriver to set the car at neuter position in order to pull the car out of the garage. After done that, he forgot to put that cap back to cover the hole. After I picked up car, saw that cap missing, I called the Duggers. A girl answers the phone said the driver said that piece is in the car, may be cup holder. I do not have a cup holder in my car, just a frame which can hold the cup, no way can hold that small cap. I checked all places, not at all, and she said she will report the manager and check the driver again and someone will call me back on Mon. I wait for whole day on Mon, no one call; so I call 4:30 pm, another girl answer the phone and looks like no any notice about the issue I reported on Sat so I have to explain everything again. Later a manger answered the phone, she did not willing to listen what happened and accuse dealership remove that cap and then hang up; very, very rude. But dealership need not touch that cap at all, (I even checked with the dealership). So I called immediately again, try to explain that, and the manager may see my pone #, immediately said, ask your dealership and hang up on me w/o listen to any single word from me. Too rude, no any respect!! I want them to take responsibility for the mistake they make for that missing cap and apology for how they treated me on the whole issue. Most important, I want then solve the problem replace the cap to cover that hole that the driver removed!!
