Beware when purchasing from this dealer! Their former finance manager lied about an extended warranty that she said was not part of the purchase price, it was and we specifically told her we did not want it. She charged us anyway and we didn't know until we went to pay the car off. When looking through the jump drive of the paperwork they gave us, it did not include all the paperwork we were presented during the signing including the paper that had all this information on it. There was nothing we could do but request a refund and lost money due to it. By then she was gone and another finance manager was in her place. It took over three months dealing with him and getting nowhere. I finally took matters into my own hands, contacted the warranty center who told me the refund had been processed and sent back to Hyundai two months earlier. Hyundai held my money drawing interest off it for two months, while I was told repeatedly that they did not know where my refund was. I contacted the ** who did get me my money within a week. Just know when dealing with this company that they have done this to other customers, as admitted by the finance manager. Read everything and get copies of everything and make sure that whatever you sign has the correct amount you intend to finance. If you have found yourself in the situation of having an extended warranty added to your contract without your permission, make sure you request the refund and contact the warranty center directly. You will get nowhere with Fiesta Hyundai's finance managers.
