      CC communications is an Ok isp here is what it has Pros:it's fast it's reliable it's affordable ************ has good speeds their consistantly what you paid for with little to no down time in the 5 years i've used them.and at 70$ for 150up and down that's a tough price to beat in the area i found my self in This cons from this company are very specific and you should read this if you play online video games.the cons are that this isp seems to block a ton of peer to peer connection ports making quite a few games using p2p connections essentially useless and unplayable without a VPN and even them some games like DOTA2 don't work even with a VPN.the customer service is a joke when asking for an explanation or way to fix it they offered no real help and just said that's how it's going to be and even tried to ******** wasn't to do with their internet service, but after switching ISPs to Spectrum all those issues disappeared almost as if it was their service causing it. Even outside of games i've had several programs that connect to the internet to conduct actions on the program and with cccomms they would always cut out and think they've lost connection despite not losing connection in any other program but once again after changing Isps my problems vanished. so be careful and make an informed descision

      CC Communications received notice of the negative review on 4/13/24. I had our support desk look up all account information for the complainant. None was found. I personally reached out to the complainant on Sunday 4/14/24 in an effort to understand the issue more clearly so that it could be resolved for the complainant, as well as determine if the issue was impacting other customers. Complainant, by their own admission never had an account with **********************. Further, complainant stated that the issue was from 2019. Thus, while the negative review occurred in April 2024, it has been made by a person that never had an account with ********************** - Five years after the purported issue. I do not believe BBB should post negative reviews from non-customers submitted five years after the purported trouble issue.
