With your custom diet plan, your qualified trainer creates a 100% customizable diet for you that would best fit your body requirements, you were able to at anytime reach out to your trainer and have the plans changes for altered in anyway you would like. Your trainer was just an email away to get anything updated for you. With that being said, this is where you would ask and make sure it is a Carb Cycling Plan.

We are also sorry for the upsells and marketing emails, we have taken immediate action and have unsubscribed you from our mailing list. Kindly allow a brief period for the emails to stop. You won't be receiving marketing emails anymore.

In regards to your purchasing experience, we further investigate your statement. This is not the experience we want our customers to have.In reviewing your account, our support agent refunded you for everything that you purchased. But to clear some things up, our records show that your customized plan was made and sent by one of our trainers. Our Terms & Conditions - along with our refund policy - state that refunds are not applicable to custom diet & training programs due to the amount of time and effort put into them from Vince and our trainers.

Our team made an exception and refunded you in full. Before we did so we located your program and saw that you did have access to all the free additional items to it like:

You should see the refunded amount reflected on your credit card statement within 5-10 business days your refund was processed. Please keep in mind that depending on your credit card company's policies, it might take until the end of the current billing cycle for the refund to appear on your paper statement.
