At V Shred, we’re committed to supporting individuals on their health journey. Our trainers work very hard to personalize each plan based on your goals, questionnaire responses, and feedback, and we want you to know that our clients’ results are very real.
Regarding your meals, please remember that clients are able to reach out to your trainer anytime to suggest changes. We also encourage clients to swap out proteins, veggies, and spices to their liking to create entirely new meals while staying consistent with their calories and macros, giving you more variety and control over their nutrition.
