The Lash Lounge provides lies and lashes. As a first-time customer, I went to the Lash ********************** for a refill. I was very specific in explaining that I wanted a refill because I had my lashes done 3 weeks prior. ******, the manager, verified that refill is 25 lashes and a full set is 65 so I told her again that I wanted 25 mink lashes.Lita, my technician, didn't ask the length of lashes I wanted but decided to give me very long lashes. When she was finished, I told her that they were too long and she said she had time to change them for a shorter length. I asked her for extra 10 lashes in addition to my 25 refills. When I was ready to pay, Lita lied and said she gave me a full set of 65 (plus the 10), which means I had 75 lashes. And ******* said that she gave me a 'discount' for my 75 lashes and charged me for a refill. Not only did Lita lied, but ******* also tried to cheat and overcharge me.After they lied, I called and spoke to ****** saying that I would come in to check and compare if my mink lashes were, in fact, mink because I have silk lashes at home and the ones I had were very harsh and synthetic. She said that she had to check in the back to get them, so I said that I would come in the next day. When ****** offered a full refund, I only asked for the tip, which she did refund. When they could not verify the mink lashes, I did, in fact, ask for the full refund.****** said that she would leave the full refund at the front desk but when I went to pick up my refund, of course, she only refunded me for the mink.Even with all the lies, they didn't apologize but were most brazen, including **** the owner. If you lie and are actually caught in the lies, shouldn't you be embarrassed? No, they lied and kept the money. Never in my life had a store so blatantly tried to cheat a customer. WOW!

This customer arrived with no lash extensions on, which means she needed a Full Set of eyelash extensions. The customer did not want to pay for a Full Set of lashes and tried to negotiate with the staff to charge her less of a price for the service. The staff offered a discount, but the customer accused the staff of lying about her needing a full set and what type of lashes were applied. The guest has continued to harass the staff daily by phone and in person at the salon, now demanding a full refund for the service she received (which was already discounted). We feel that we more than accommodated the guest, who continues to try and get a free service at this time.
