I was a member of the Lash Lounge for 2 years almost 3. The monthly membership was paid on time along with tips. The service started out great. The helped fix an issue from another stylist. After a few months of doing appointments, I went on for a normal appointment. My normal technician was not there and I was put with a different technician and was not informed ahead of time. This technician did not like the lashes I had due to a scuffle between the technicians. She proceeded to pull off all my lashes without an explanation. This caused me to have to pay 300 above my membership fee. This same issue occurred 2more times. Also, Lash lounge could not keep track of payments or memberships due to lack of training of front desk staff. I was constantly paying for so called visits that were outside of the membership. The last straw was that a front staff person comprised my card and I had to shut the account down. In December of 2023, I decided to stop going to the Lash Lounge. After 5 attempts to call, I finally was able to talk to a manager. She put my account on hold and advised that I needed to pay the last months membership fee to comply with 30 day notice which I was fine with and paid the last month. 2 weeks later I called to ensure that my membership would be cancelled and was advised by front staff that it was cancelled. That was in January. I was also told I could use the remaining credit for products. I stopped to do that and was told that I was misinformed and that credits could not be used for products. Today 04.03.2024, I have a charge of 139.00 on my account. The previous account I used with them was closed and no further payment information was given. I feel very violated and cannot get ahold of anyone to get the matter resolved. I am very concerned as to how they got this payment method and then to charge my account after true cancellation. Their work is also subpar and they do not provide lashes that warrant the price.
