Every experience Ive had with First Premier Home Warranty has been great. Theyve repaired my refrigerator, furnace, and dishwasher, and each time the service has been top-notch. Their technicians are knowledgeable, and the repairs are done quickly. Im always impressed with their level of service.

First Premier warranty, is horrible company of service I would never recommend. I spent over $800 for my home and rental coverage. Home Premier has done absolutely nothing for either of my homes. I cancelled service several months ago because I couldn't get any service from the company that was dispatched to come out to my home Premier sent. Don't spend your money here. Their or other companies that does excellent jobs out there and this isn't the one.

The staff at First Premier Home Warranty are always friendly and professional. I recently called to inquire about my coverage, and the representative was patient and helpful. Their customer service team always goes the extra mile to ensure that my questions are answered and my claims are handled efficiently.

The claims process with First Premier Home Warranty is always prompt and efficient. When my air conditioner broke down, they processed my claim quickly and had a technician scheduled within hours. The repair was done the next day, and I couldnt be happier with the service.

I appreciate First Premier Home Warranty's clear and honest communication. When I had an issue with my coverage, they explained everything in detail and made sure I understood my options. Their transparency builds trust, and I know Im in good hands with them.

Do not go with this company!!!! They will give you the run around for as long as they can just to deny your claim. They are seriously the worst. If they dont want to talk to you they will leave you on hold for 30+ minutes just hoping you hang up first. I was hung up on multiple times. For having the highest plan they do not want to fix anything.

If I could give First Premier Home Warranty zero stars, I absolutely would. This company is a complete scam. They take your money, fail to honor their contract, and leave you high and dry. I had an issue with my equipment that should have been covered, but instead of repairing it, they claimed it couldnt be fixed and offered me a laughably small payout to replace it.Frustrated, I went on ****, bought the parts myself, and repaired the equipment on my own for a fraction of what they were offering. Whats the point of having a warranty if the company refuses to do their job?Their service is the worst Ive ever experiencedunreliable, untrustworthy, and a complete waste of money. Do not trust this company. Avoid First Premier Home Warranty at all costs!

They are a scam! They first lied to me and said they was apart of another company(Old Republic Home warranty). They are not! When I requested a refund. They told me one was coming in the mail. Called my **************** card and told **** wanted to dispute a charge. Was told the company's cancelation policy states I had to request a cancelation in writing within 30 days. Nobody told me beforehand. Liars and scammers to get my hard earned money away from me!! I never used their warranty. I doubt they would ever pay for a claim

Should of known better -- low premium coverage , 2nd year renewed, never filed a claim and then refrigerator went out and really got to see their true colors. Refrigerator went out - sent me a technician name, I tried contacting by VoiceMail, by Email and Text---never heard from him. Now going on 3 days without Refrigerator (2018 ** Model), had all of our frozen and refrigerator items on ice in multiple coolers and such. Contacted them - they said go ahead and contact my own technician, which I did. Someone locally and came in 2 days, diagnose situation and i then sent into First Premier who said go ahead and fix. Technician cam back in 2 more days and fixed refrigerator (1 week on ice with all our stuff)..Meanwhile First Premier Technician texts or emails me that I'm not in his service area (wow :() ) Well only gets better - my technician fixed and invoiced for $977.00. $477 in parts and $400 in labor. First Premier denied claim because of a sealed system. My Technician said - i really haven't heard of this with other home warranties I have worked with. So I am like up sh$$ creek without a paddle. Warranty states "all components and parts" ... does state something later down in a second paragraph about sealed system.... I go back and ask for components and parts reimbursement and no because it's a sealed ********* tell me what component and parts would they cover ??? None because reading further - not covered is racks, shelves, glass, lighting, handles, doors, gaskets, ice makers, beverage dispensers, water lines, valves, and/or any leaks of any kind, etc.........and so on. REALLY DECEPTIVE and MISLEADING WARRANTY COMPANY - BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!

This place is a scam. They promise you everything you'd want in a home warranty (quick response time on claims, low deductibles, good contractors, etc.). My furnace stopped working and I filed my claim. The process was quick and painless. I was emailed the next day by the contractor they selected. I called him and he immediately told me he has worked with First Premier for 3 years and that they scam their customers and contractors. He said they send him out to diagnose issues, make the homeowner pay the deductible, but that they NEVER pay for the repair or replacement. This is exactly what I have been experiencing. The contractor came out and said my furnace needed a new gas valve and it would cost $850 to repair. We notified First Premier and they said they'd get back to us with an approval or decline of the quote. I have yet to hear back. I've spent 3 HOURS on hold and once someone finally picked up, they put me back on hold and eventually hung up on me. I've emailed the salesperson who sold me the claim with no response. It is obvious now that their scam is to take your initial payment and then to make it so difficult to process a claim that you just give up and pay out of pocket. Afterall, you can't live without heat forever. Please do not waste your money with this company. This company is clearly filled with scam artists. After dealing with them, I am surprised they haven't been thrown in jail.
