In addition, the company reports that it is increasing its customer service headcount, and augmenting the training sessions and oversight for its sales representatives.

    As of July 2024, the company continues to work on the identified issues in the Pattern.

      It is now 33 days, two different repair companies, multiple escalation assurances, multiple phone calls, emails and chats later and I'm no closer to having a working fridge than I was the day I submitted my claim. This is by far the worst experience with a home warranty company I've ever experienced. I chose LHG after dissatisfaction with a different home warranty company. I'm beginning to see a pattern with these companies. In any case, believing their response and service would be far superior than the previous company, I went with LHG to provide my coverage. Poor decision on my part and I've learned my lesson and I've learned it well. Slow response rates. A resolution process fraught with delays. An escalation process which doesn't seem to escalate to anything or anyone. The fastest and most efficient aspect of LHG is their chat function. I'm usually connected with someone within seconds/minutes. However, that's where the satisfaction ends. I can't begin to express in words how tiresome it is to read, "I understand your frustration and will do all I can to resolve...." Needless to say, they've hammered home this statement in their customer service training. Do yourself a favor, explore other options out there for a home warranty. You may pay a bit more for it, but if this means not dealing with LHG; consider it a worthwhile financial and psychological savings you won't regret!

      *** has finally responded with a "resolution" 40 days since filing my claim. As best I could understand the representative who I spoke with, *** has offered me a whopping $150.00 to either settle my claim or use the money to repair the fridge myself. Considering the fridge is slightly older than 5 years (beyond manufacturer warranty), I would like to believe it's worth far more than $150. So, if my math is correct, after the $125.00 service call fee and my $54.34 monthly fee, I'm out of pocket for $29.34 AND the cost of a new fridge. Needless to say, I'm a bit disturb by the level of service and final outcome of this interaction with LHG.
