    -Read and understand all terms and conditions so you know what each party’s responsibility is if there is a discrepancy about the items or if an item is lost or missing.
    -When shipping an item of value, be sure you read and understand the shipper’s liability for loss or damage.  Some shippers may require that you prove that they are at fault.  The amount they cover for liability may be less than you expect.
    -Consider purchasing insurance in case your item gets lost or goes missing in transit.  Make sure you understand what that insurance will cover.
    -Ask that items shipped to you require a signature on delivery or have the items shipped to a secure location. The platform and the shipper may not be liable if items left at your address are stolen after delivery.
    -Think about additional measures when packing and shipping an item, such as filming the process, in the event there is a discrepancy about loss or damage. Ask the platform what they would accept as proof before you send the item.

      Please do not ever use Rebag. The customer service is very poor. They accept calls for only 4 hours a day 11- am to 4 pm. Only. Email will take weeks to get a reply if your Lucky. They Ill give you an initial payout thats very high, then the get the bag and revise it to a lower on. You will accept it. But then they will lower it multiple times without your consent or acceptance of a much lower payout. If you dont agree your only option is to pay them 3% of the selling price to delist. Then $50 to ship it back. Overall beyond poor company. Everything is very slow. I almost sent them two lv bags at once. Im glad I didnt they will rob you. Stay away!!! They have had my bag for over three months. Its been on pending sale for weeks. It says once final it will take 15 days to payout. I feel like this placed should be closed down I havent read one good thing about them.
