After an exhaustive search, I contacted Vega HVAC Contracting to provide an onsite certification that our commercial air conditioners were in compliance with ************** and ************* ventilation requirements. They were prompt and professional in testing and evaluating our air conditioning systems during what was a very stressful time re-opening our fitness facility after the states mandatory six-month closure for COVID-19 in 2020.Fast forward to July 2022 prior to the extreme ************* heat, I contacted Vega HVAC Contracting again to come in and check our systems to ensure not only optimal performance, but to energy efficiency for our ****** sq ft fitness facility. They came in and checked all of our units for refrigerant leaks for our outside and inside units, thankfully there were none. There were some routine maintenance issues that we allowed to slip over the years that was causing one unit in particular to not operate efficiently. One of the side panels exposing the cooling elements had loosened and fallen off. They retrofit the panel and corrected the maintenance issues. They pressure washed all of our outside compressor units. After pressure washing all of our units they rechecked for refrigerant leaks and recharged the refrigerant in the one unit that was not optimally performing. They evaluated the intake filters and made recommendations based on the amount and type of usage of our air conditioning units. In over 10 years our units have not worked as efficiently and effectively. During the most brutal of the hottest days of the year, our fitness facility was cool and inviting. Our fitness staff has received numerous compliments as to how "great" it felt in the facility.
