Business charged me a late fee while in a dispute process review on their end. I have called customer service who agrees it should not be charged. However, they say their systems do not allow them to waive the fee and the lot manager will call back. Iv tried this 3 times and have no received call back. I explained this to customer service and communicates I want to avoid car being towed or other repercussions - he advised only way to resolve is to pay the late fee online.Business response

4/30/2023 around 11:00 AM , I was attending a Bridal shower at *** ***** @ *** **** ** ***** ****** * ******** ** ***** , I attempted to pay for parking ( ALL PRO PARKING LOT, NEXT DOOR TO ***** ** *** ****) with my Credit Card and the machine repeatedly was displaying error on the screen, I tried another card and it was displaying the same message, There is no attendant anywhere to talk to, I came out and there is a ticket on my car, 2 other guests experienced the same issue and also had tickets on their cars, I tried to dispute the violation and it was denied, the original violation was $25.00 4/30/2023 now it is 5/15/2023 & $45.00, This is absolutely crazy how no one is available to help or physically talk to. I was willing to pay for my stay , it is not my fault the machine is not working properly, and I do not feel I should have to pay 45.00 for something I have no control over. For myself and the others who were ticketed it seems like a way to force people to pay such a high ticket price when there is no way to reach anyone. Thank you, **** ********Business response

I paid for parking with the app. I received a ticket still. I called they said go online to file a complaint and send payment information. There is no where online to do this. The ticket I have says will occur late fees after 7 days. No one at the phone number can help. I have receipt of payment.Business response

I had trouble with the automated payment ,but did get into work and it charges me 12.00. When I returned to mu car I had a ticket and see that I put my plate in incorrectly I Put *******. it is ****** I cannot find a contact at allpro to ask if it can be resolved. I received a parking ticket roughly three weeks ago. I had paid for the parking spot, but still received the ticket not long after I parked. I attempted to dispute the ticket before I found my receipt, which was denied. I was told to supply more evidence that I had paid for the spot, so I found a copy of the receipt online, but cannot submit it anywhere. I no longer have the option to dispute the ticket, and I have not been able to contact anyone that can assist me despite several attempts through email and the customer service line. I have had my information taken down three times and have been ignored every single time. Since receiving the ticket, I now have accrued 2 late fees. I simply want to have the ticket removed, and the inability to contact anyone to get this sorted out is absolutely unacceptable.Business response

Thank you for supplying me with the images (e.g. payment and ticket #). Your ticket will be voided, and your record erased. There is nothing else that you will be required to do. Parked at an Allpro parking lot. Paid the lot fee using the QR code. I have the charge for that. Then received a ticket for non-payment from Allpro Parking Buffalo. The ticket does not offer a dispute option only a payment site. Cannot find a phone number or website to contest this ticket. I would like the ticket canceled. Attached are the ticket and a cropped picture of the charge to my credit card which includes the date and exact amount charged by **** Parking which provides the payment services for Allpro.Business response

I parked in Allpro College town lot, ate at a restaurant, shopped in drug store, and when. I got back to my car I had a parking violation. I was under the two hour time limit. I found a parking attendant in the Allpro ramp across the street. She told me to dispute the ticket online. I did and got a dispute denied reply. I found a number on the web, called and the women who answered was rude. She asked why I parked so far away from the businesses. I did not. The lot borders the drugstore. Then she indicated the attendant saw me go into the goaler building. I did not. Then she said the attendant saw me go into the hospital down the road. I did not. So she said well send us a receipt from your purchases. I already threw out the receipts in the trash at both establishments.Business response

The Catalytic Converter was stolen from my vehicle while parked in this lot #208 on East at Union. There are no cameras at this location nor a physical person in the booth. It is only patrolled for about 30 minutes each day. They don't assume any responsibility nor have any plans to install cameras. There also have been a few hit and runs which are losses to other's cars. I want something done as I don't feel safe nor do I feel that any vehicles parked There are.Business response

On 07/29/2022 I parked here, assuming that like most GATED parking garages or lots I have used in many cities, one parks and pays on the way out. Here there is no attendant to ask and no sign specifying what to do, but they issued me a citation while I was parked, citing non-payment and telling me I owe 3x the advertising DAILY rate of $5.00 Additionally, while I was parked they changed the advertised DAILY RATE by slapping a sticker over it with a new rate of $10.00 This is unethical at best and illegal at worst. If no resolution is found I will sell legal advice to determine.Business response

Dear *****,Thank you for your feedback. The lot was originally intended for private use (nearby residential project), which is why the State DOT installed gates. Due to the pandemic, the project was delayed and the State changed course and allowed for public parking. The landlord asked Allpro if it would operate the lot until the residential project gets back on track. We began operating not long before the 4th of July holiday. Prior to Allpro operating the lot, the landlord suggested that they did not want to spend more money on payment hardware as the public parking operation might only be temporary. During the pandemic, we've learned that the general public has begun to favor hands free, app based payment solutions. While we do have a few "PAY HERE" signs with app payment instructions, it is clear to me that are signs are insufficient and we will make corrections.Thanks again for your feedback.
