I am an employee at ******* ******* ******* ****** and have a permit to get into the Michigan, Goodrich ramp on 134 High Street and I park there to go to work permit number ****. I have been on disability since 12/23/21 and I am returning to work 5/2/22.I have tried using my pass a couple times during this time and have been stuck at gate trying to get in but can't! I called ###-###-#### pressed 1 for assistance no one comes and have called several. Times left messages to resolve this matter but noone calls u back I have,also emailed them several times on Transportation at ******** and get no response have tried several times in March now April. It has become very frustrating and now when I go back I don't know where I am going to park to work. I have payroll auto deduct the fee of 79.00 per month for parking ,but get no paycheck because out on dbl. I talked to payroll they said payment would default but pass should still work,you would catch up when u have first check when u come back,but pass does not work!!!!!Business response

Hello ******,I'm terribly sorry to hear about the communication issues. Allpro Parking's role has changed at the **** over the years. The parking account administrator is no longer an Allpro Parking employee but rather a **** employee. Therefore I am unable to provide feedback related to communication and response times. Allpro Parking's primary role is to provide the "boots on the ground" in the form of the garage Ambassadors. We are no longer the primary contacts for account management. The contact number and email that you used are still valid though a **** employee should be on the other end. Fortunately, Allpro Parking continues to enjoy a relationship with the **** and we can reach out to their team in order to get matters back on track for you. Erik is in and out of the office frequently. If he is not at his desk when you call, he will surely get back to you.
