This contractor was sent to me from ****'s, so I made the assumption the referral meant he was good. He came to replacing a toilet on the 1st floor of my house.. Mr. A***** told me I needed several new pipes in my basement the price would be $1,600 including toilet install.it leaked in the basement immediately. I had to call back 3 days in a row he sent people the first two days and they said things like "oh we forgot to use the tape. oh we didn't tighten the pipe enough. " When I called on the 4th day it was a Friday and he was very irritated and said they were busy and maybe he could send someone the following week so I asked him if that would be acceptable for his mother his wife Etc to pay $1,600 and have a toilet leaking in the basement for 4 days. he finally sent people that were plumbers and they said the people that did the install and the follow-up visits were not plumbers. they were able to resolve the situation but it was incredibly frustrating and on the final day he was rude on the phone even though it was his fault I was experiencing the leaks. I ended up having a reliable plumbing company come and they ripped out a bunch of it stating that things were at the wrong angles the wrong kind of connections were put in and I've had no problems since O********s fixed it.
