they are scammers. they charge an item that they said they have it for $300 but when it arrived in my house it was a complete different item, I refused the delivery, but the delivery guys refuse it to take it back he said that is not his problem that I have to talk to the store, I called them they didn't want to resolve the issue until I go in person. I did go they said that they have 3 options for me.1) take the wrong item that it was currently in my house 2) take another item similar but in different color the one I ordered 3) return the order with a 35% charge in my case $105. This people were so nasty I ask what I have to pay for their mistake (apparently, they sold me something That they don't have) and try to make money regardless (no fair) I choose option 3 I didn't want to deal with them no more. From $300 they return me $200 but $20 bill was counterfeit. At this point I decide to report them and demand the rest of the money back $120($180 already gave me) in check send to my house. I don't trust the cash plus this people were trying to intimidate me when I was there. I was there with my son who doesn't speak Spanish I spoke both. in the store the guys who was assisting us was speaking English all the time, then he left and sent another lady who refused speak in English I request someone in English cause I want my son to understand what it was going on, the lady start yelling that I was making funny of her cause she doesn't speak English which was not true then 2 big guys came over and said to me in very unrespect fully way that "who you think you are? are you white? You have blue eyes?etc.ect just because I speak English. I'm and Hispanic immigrant who came legal ***************************** 2 jobs went to school and work at the same time not easy, but I did for my own good and this people try to make me feel less because I speak English? very disappointed.
