              I ordered/paid for flowers nearly 2 moths ago. They were scheduled to arrive 12/29. They ever showed up. I spent hours on the phone and using the live chat option to find a solution. My order was delayed to 1/3/24. Today I tried to look at the tracking info and my order could not even be found. After spending yet another infuriating hour working with customer service I am told my order has been pushed to 1/6/24. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It almost seems like they are trying to be incompetent at this point. Unless you hate yourself an enjoy wasting time and money order from someone else.

              TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! BEWARE! I have been a Celebration Passport member at various times over the years-mostly using it for Harry & David purchases. The last delivery was rotten and I questioned whether or not I would renew. However, with gift giving season coming up, I was ready to purchase some items from a different vendor through an email sent directly from the company. However, after logging into my email and account, I could NOT get free shipping. After spending almost two hours on the phone with Celeste and Crystal and then chatting with Leilani’s, no one was able to help me make my purchase with free shipping (even though my account status is Active and does not renew into December 2024). They are intentionally not helpful so that you must renew your passport-unacceptable. Beware: if you unfortunately decide to sign up for Celebrations Passport through 1800 flowers, keep the initial email-because no one will help you determine your number and it is not listed under membership details when you log in to your account-Disingenuous and Deceptive!
