On 1/2/22, I bought 2 tickets on **************. I showed up to **************** on the day of my tickets and the bus was over 45 minutes late. When the bus did arrive, it broke down shortly after, stranding everyone on the side of a highway. There is no customer service for this company and they were not upholding COVID rules at all. When their listed phone number is called, there is no one who answers. This company robbed me of my money and is also not a legitimate business.Initial Complaint

I road the 7:30 bus in the 29 of December 2021 bus driver arrived 5 mins upon pick up time and gave everyone attitude made a fuss about where to but the bags and then started the ride with no ac ventilation everyone begged and he just giggled he said there no ac on the bus because he wants to preserve the gas and have no stops but thats against bis regulations its supposedly to be two 10 mins and one 20 mins he arrived to his first stop a few people ask to use the bathroom he yelled no prior before the stop he was caught smoking on the front of the bus with his window open and then was mad we yelled at him to put it out mind you theres two Childs in the first row with adults but literally kids and he shouldnt be smoking in companies Vehicle for one and two especially not with kids here elderly and me someone with Asthma , Im very unpleased with this staff professionalism and would like you guys to do a full file th ground this company and maybe even join the ride for the experience to keep them in placeInitial Complaint

Well I was taking the bus from Florence ************** to ********, ******** on December 26th at 7pm I was suppose to arrive in ******** by 1am. The driver of the bus missed the exit to brook **** exit 81, now when I called to let wanda coach know I was told that the driver couldnt go back and if I wanted a free ticket home I would have to ride to ******** instead of a refund which I declined and simply was told to get off at the nearest stop. Needless to say I found myself over 20 miles outside of ******** and I dont need to go into detail how much it cost for Lyft or Uber. Now my complaint is the fact its a business that doesnt do refunds or check their tickets or logs correctly to the point if the bus driver cant tell where they are going thats the point of tickets and travel logs, now if the company made an error I expect the company to say a reimbursements but no I got stopped in the middle of nowhere and had to waste extra money for a service that failed me, their excuse the bus driver called out for people getting off in ******** in ************** in which if you cant speak English but trying to say town names and the fact you dont use a log or ticket system to keep track of where to stop this is my third time riding this bus service and this is the most I have seen gross care and no Covid restrictions in place, no spacing, improper bus care from bus drivers having to stop to check the buses and or luggage missing. I would say to anybody from being a seasoned train rider and airport customer I simply find this to be highly wrong and dangerous when a company can take your money put you on a bus with no Covid restrictions to the wrong destination which could have ended worst hadnt I reached home safety in this day and age. Thus I ask for a refund of my trip from 12/23-12/26 ******** to ******** 12/23, and back home ******** to ******** 12/26
