On 30/09/2024 I purchased 6 items online. I have returned all of them a couple days later. However, was only refunded for 5 items as the 6th wasnt accounted for. So I was robbed for $209. I emailed the business but no response. I will continue emailing every single day as I did my part and returned everything and want my money back. No way im letting it slide and donating my money. Have some decency to reply.Customer response

Placed an order with ****************************** on 11/26/23 for 2 short sleeve polo shirts. Received the order around 12/5/23. Did like the fit of the shirts so requested a return of both products on 12/15/23. Sent in the return late December and I didn't hear back for them for a long time. Their website said it takes a while to get the refund back due to credit card processing and etc. so I patiently waited. On 4/17/24, I contacted customer service b/c it was taking too long to process a return. They said they received the package and it was received by the warehouse on 12/27/23. They insisted that there was only one item in the package and refunded only $60.54. I asked if the package was damaged as I put both products in the package and they said it was not damaged. I also asked why it took so long to initiate the refund process and they didn't answer. They just told me to open a claim with *** but I don't feel that it's ***** fault when the package was delivered so I'm filing a claim here. I should've received some kind of notification when they received the return in the warehouse and refund should've been processed accordingly.Customer response

I ordered the same shirt 3 times, the first one ********** on Jul 16, second ********** on Aug 4 and last one ********** on Aug 8. The first package ********** was never delivered because Lacoste online system automatically removed my apartment number. After *****'s "investigation", they conveniently denied any responsbility and refuses to refund. The second package was fine, the shirt fits a little large so I ordered a smaller size.The third package ********** was delivered to the front desk on Aug 14 because I had to change my address. However, the bag was torn and the cloth was covered in black ink and torn. I contacted customer service again on Aug 16. I was shocked that they are playing the opening an investigation and asked me to wait. I don't understand how they completely disconnect themselves in this relationship with customer and refuses any responsibility like that.I provided all the pictures, my communication/reference number with ***** as well as credit card company. This is way too much time and energy on my end and I have received no acceptable apology or explanation from the company. I simply need refund for these two purchases and will never have anything to do with them again.Customer response

My Lacoste order number is ********* ***** lost a package from Lacoste with ************ tracking number. I never received the package. When I opened a claim ***** denied it and gave me no explanation. Lacoste refused to refund me because ***** denied it. So now I have to pay ****** dollars just because ***** cannot deliver a package at a designated address and do their job right. Lacoste told me I have to dispute the charge with my credit card and they cannot help me. As if Im creating claims, contacting them over and over again for nothing and as if Im lying. Im never going to order from Lacoste again.Customer response

MY LACOSTE WATCH has broken .t is during the 1st year so i believe it is under warranty please refund my money attached is my purchase receipt .the face has cracks the holder broke i tried filing under lacoste website but i was called and asked to pay , but its still under warrantyCustomer response

I purchased a gray polo shirt three weeks ago at ****** ********** Outlet. Last week, I washed it and accidentally put it in the dryer, and it shrunk. I called the store and spoke to a male manager, but I did not get his name. I asked him if I could exchange it, and he said no because it was worn. I've been trying to make a purchase since yesterday on lacoste.com and my payment isn't authorized. I've already spoken to the banks, I've already spoken to the cards and everything is perfect. The bank authorizes the purchase and then Lacoste cancels the purchase and refunds the amount. My details are all correct. I'm buying from the US site and delivery is in the US. I tried again with a debit card in dollars. The amount came out of my account but the order was not finalized. I contacted sac who told me that because I hadn't made any purchases before and it's a foreign card they won't approve it. this is discrimination. That's all well and good, but you won't approve the purchase? for what reason? Now my money is stuck with you and I no longer have the items I want to buy. I have already complained via chat reference number is ********. I'm on vacation in the *********'ll return to my country on Monday, January 15th. I want to take the presents for my son. I purchased clothes on lacoste.com during Labor Day on September 4 on sale and paid additional 20 USD fee for 2 days delivery. Since then my order is being processed, I have already called many times to lacoste and write complains regarding the order. They keep telling me that they don't know why the order hasn't been shipped but at the same time they don't provide any information regarding shipment day. Also, they told me that they will return my shipment fee on card because of the delivery and some other fee as penalty. Still no reply on mail or actions being taken, almost 10 days and the order is still being processed order number is *********, indicated contact number on website is ***********, email ****************************Customer response
